Court acquits man of charges of raping employer’s wife |

A Delhi court has acquitted a man of the charge of raping the wife of his office worker, saying the victim seemed to be in love with the accused and made a story of sexual assault to shield herself from her husband’s anger.
Additional Sessions Judge Dharmesh Sharma said , The entire conduct vis-a-vis evidence suggests that she had willingly gone with the accused to different places and when her husband came to know about her elopement with the accused she tried to shield herself and framed the accused,.
