Sir I wan to know about a copyright of author if book processed by publisher and it hold the copyright of that book and did not pay royalty to author. Can author reproduce the book by self.

I would like to know about video piracy in india and penalties, punishments for infringement and

the responsibilities and obligations on users while viewing/accessing/downloading/uploading from online etc.

will it amount to piracy, if a video uploaded on a social website after it is released by the original producer of the video i.e., say after 6 months or 1 year
